MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER IN STAFFORDSHIRE

As Maintenance Operations Manager, you will manage the three Maintenance departments within the Company`s Headquarters and implement continual development of the team at all levels to enhance the current skill base in line with business requirements.

Maintenance Operations Manager Role:

Support the Group Leaders in terms of day to day running of the departments and ensure robust lines of communication with Divisional management.
Manage and monitor budgets in line with funds available and justify essential overspends.
Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming health and safety controls associated with the maintenance team and ensure that procedures are in place to meet legal compliance and other requirements.

Maintenance Operations Manager Requirements:

Time served in maintenance with relevant experience working in a similar manufacturing Environment.
Qualified to HND level as a minimum.
Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems for planning and troubleshooting.
Good verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to translate complex information.
Organisational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion, even during emergencies.
Ideally, you will be NEBOSH qualified.
You`ll be a proven leader of people with demonstratable experience in engaging, developing and building a team.
